“Turn off notifications for this thread.”
When you click on the “…” button next to a message an option appears that lets you turn off notifications for that thread. Because usually if yiu say something in a thread or react to it, you get notifications for every reply sent in that thread.

We want to be able to disable notifications for a specific thread.

It only shows up when you reply/react to a message that has a thread.

YES! and something likle this for entire chats
I tried to message a thread.
I just wanted to leave a passing remark without getting very involved.
I was spammed with notifications!
It would be better if i could send messages and opt out of pings for threads (and chats please i had to leave a chat bc i was getting spammed)
