it would hide the reported comment/project until a guide reviews it

and a message is sent to their parent along the lines of “your child has possibly maybe said something mildly to moderately offensive, a guide will see this in a bit” and show the parent said comment

Feedback group says:
Report button should ask the reporter why it is being reported
button should say “is this a valid reason to report”?
only hide from the reporter until a guide reviews it (in the future - allow reporter to view the comment on a button press)
Sparks should be able to confirm/reject the report (maybe how bad is this comment)
