Okay. To start a language channel, or any channel we need:
5+ people requesting the channel
Christopher makes a poll asking if the channel should be made
If 15+ people say yes, then the channel is made.

I actually asked for her to make it because I had 5 different kids all ask me about it. But I agree it is not used :( I might have to remove it. Which is a bummer because Elena’s video idea was so good!
