let the programming-y kids help build the recess

we currently have a lot of things that we want to add and thats only increasing and increasing through the feedback meeting events, and not that many engineers on working on these. SOLUTION: Let coder kids help us code recess! Maybe make engineers review the code before you like level up to become a super-coder

Obligatory Four Questions:

1. I tried to have more features, and help code them! (and have other kids that want to do that do that)

2. I expected to be able to help code the site (if trusted) and other kids could do that too.

3. Only the engineers get to do that, and i cant help, and theres not too many new things!

4. Let trusted programming-y/coder kids help code the site!
