okay big idea

leaderboards for stuff like challengez

leaderboard ideas i’ve got:

challenges completed

hardest challenge completed

legendary challenges completed

epic challenges completed

boops

but DONT make a coin leaderboards

that would encourage not buying store objects

what you should do is make a “net worth” leaderboard, where its just the total coins awarded for all challenges you have completed. so if i beat bloodshed bastion and hamartia,my net worth and coins are 12500 (+ whatever i had before but that doesnt matter for this explanation). but the difference from a coin leaderboard is that now if i buy factorio, factorio space age, and tiny glade, my coins would go down by 12500, to 0. but my net worth would still be 12500.

this encourages challenge competing not coin hoarding

could function as its own tab but recess has an irrational hatred towards those

so probably just a subtab in challenges

also have a weekly and or monthly version of the leaderboards, to encourage keeping working on challenges even when your at the top of the all thyme boards.
