Introduction to Ostinatos Challenge 1

An ostinato is a little piece of music that repeats again and again.

Many complex pieces of music are based on these small, repetitive motifs. For this challenge, you will create the rhythmic foundation of a song by composing a short ostinato.

• Create a 4 or 8-beat rhythmic ostinato using only the percussion (circles and triangles like this) in Chrome Music Lab’s Song Maker.

• Ensure that you rhythm repeats at least twice.
