Group chat folders (more info in reply)

Feature RequestFix Now

I have a ton of random group chats that are tricky to sort through. My idea would be to add a “create folder button” so you can organize your chats instead of having them all over the place. The text would still become bold on the folder when there’s a new message.

    For example:

    • I would want a button under “group by type” to enable folders”

    • I would want a “create folder” option under each category “community” and “DM” (alternatively do it like discord and you can drag two chats together to start a folder)

    • When clicked I would be able to have a “folder” under “community” toggle and add any chats I wanted to in that folder

    • folders would still be sorted by recency (the folder with the most recent message goes to the top

    • The chats within the folder also organize by recent

    • Folders are collapsible
