dont limite recess rooms to 90 minutes (in some cases)

i think the 90-minute limit is unnecessary - you can just open another one, and Classes which are longer than 90 mins might have it hard? (i dont know if it affects those actually)

like i know some class rooms break like this, like in teen hour for example
