Creating Community Channels

I have been seeing a few people asking for community channels that dont really fit any of the already existing ones. And group chats arent really a solution because they arent accessible and there are limited slots.
So i had an idea for a solution.

New tab up here:

Keep all the original community channels in the “Featured Channels” tab. And have another tab with channels that other kids make. New kids will open to the featured channels so they arent overwhelmed, but once they want to find others with the same interests they can look in at other tab.

Having two tabs might be overwhelming itself though.
Another probably better spot could be below the challenge channels here (why are these here anyways?):

Im sure it wouldnt be possible to have it be a request system. So to make people think before making a channel it could cost coins, since there are more ways to get them now. Costing an amount like 500-1000 coins will prevent tons of “pointless” or unused channels. Maybe you could earn some coins from people joining and chatting too.

Just a random thought i had. Very likely not possible or already considered but i wanted to suggest it anyways
