Ability for Parents to Share contact info with each other

If a kid wants to share contact information with another kid to talk off of the Recess platform (say they want to meet up in person, share phone number, participate in a club/event outside of Recess together) a kid could have their parent click a button to “share contact info” with another parent. Once both parents consent, the kids could share contact info to move off platform.
