We've made more improvements to waitlists on Recess!

Pre-registration AI Chat

We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature designed to help you connect with potential customers more effectively. In addition to open cohorts, parents and kids can now select “None of these times work?” to start a live chat with our AI-powered course assistant.

The AI assistant will gather key details (such as an email address, if needed) and ask a few simple questions to determine availability.

The assistant can also answer common course-related questions, encouraging parents to explore and enroll in your offerings with confidence.

Waitlist View & CSV Export

To complement these user-facing updates, we’ve enhanced the admin interface for waitlist management. You can now view all waitlist signups in one place, with the option to export the list as a CSV file, allowing you to download your entire waitlist for use in spreadsheets or email tools.

If the user is already a Recess member, you can even start a DM with them directly from the waitlist view to discuss availabilities.
